TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions are valid from 01.01.2021 and are valid for ordering, purchase and subsequent use of educational services of INOVATO o.z., Staničná 502, 952 01 Vráble, Slovakia, ID No.: 53525221 (hereinafter also referred to as the “organizer”). These terms and conditions are part of the concluded consumer contract between the organiser and the purchaser. The contract is formed by delivery of the completed application form online via inovato.sk, su.inovato.sk or by e-mail to info@inovato.sk, peter.ballon@svecgroup.sk.
Registration for the course is binding. By signing up for the course, the purchaser also expresses that he/she has read the terms and conditions and cancellation policy of the organiser and that he/she agrees with them without any reservation. It is necessary to register for the event in good time, at least 14 calendar days before the event. The organiser will send a confirmation together with an advance invoice based on the application form. The advance invoice shall be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the buyer in the application form before the event and shall be paid by bank transfer. The tax receipt will be sent by the organizer to the buyer via Slovak Post after the event.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. In case of cancellation, the fee will be refunded in full to the buyer. The buyer may cancel the application only in writing no later than 7 calendar days before the event. The cancellation fee is 20% of the registered price. If the buyer cancels the registration after the stated deadline, the fee will not be refunded. A substitute may attend the event in place of the registered participant, provided that the organiser is notified of this change within 24 hours of the start of the event at the latest.
