In addition to the IP address, we only process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, e.g. in the context of registering for an event, requesting information to be sent to you, when making enquiries via the contact form on the website. Specifically, we collect the following personal data from you:
1.2.1 When you visit our website
You can visit our website without providing your identity. However, when you access our website, the browser you are using will automatically send the information to our website server, where it will be temporarily stored in a log file. Your identity is not disclosed through this information. Without your involvement, we obtain this data in this way, which is stored for six months and then automatically deleted:
– IP address of the accessing computer,
– date and time of access,
– the name and URL of the opened file,
– the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer,
– the website through which the user’s system accessed our website (referrer),
– the web pages that the user’s system accesses through our website. The collection and processing of this data enables the use of our website (connection). This data is stored solely for technical reasons and is never assigned to a specific person.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In addition, the aforementioned data is collected to ensure the security and stability of the systems as well as for the technical administration of the network infrastructure. The relevant legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We process personal data in order to properly set up the functioning of our website as well as the communication that takes place via it. We do not draw retrospective conclusions about your person.

1.2.2 For the requirement to become a member
We offer you the opportunity to become a member of the INOVATO team through our website. You must then provide the following mandatory information:

– a valid telephone number,
– a valid e-mail address,
We store your personal data in order to prepare the membership documents. In addition, we will use the data you provide as part of the registration process to verify your identity.
The legal basis in this case is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
1.2.3 When subscribing to our newsletter
On our website you can give your consent to subscribe to our Newsletter. To subscribe, we use a so-called double opt-in method, i.e. we first send you a neutral email to confirm your subscription. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. We will not be able to send you the Newsletter without your data.
We only use your email address and your name (if you have provided it) to send you the Newsletter and other information (e.g. Offers) on a regular basis.
There is a link at the end of each newsletter that you can use to unsubscribe from our list at any time. In addition, you may also unsubscribe by sending an email to info@inovato.sk.
This will withdraw your consent to receive our Newsletter. You can permanently withdraw the consent granted at any time, without the withdrawal of consent affecting the lawfulness of data processing that was carried out in the past and based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

If you have any questions, you can contact us using the contact form provided for you on our website. In order for us to respond to your enquiry, you must provide the following information:
– first and last name,
– a valid e-mail address,
– a valid telephone number (optional if you wish to receive a telephone reply).
We collect the personal data provided in the contact form in order to identify the applicant and to respond professionally to the enquiry in the form in which the applicant has expressed an interest. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
As stated above, if we process your personal data in order to receive and process your request, you are contractually obliged to provide us with this data. Without this data, we are unable to accept and process your enquiry.
